All Similar Products Must Be Covered: Should all such similar products not be covered, the determination of which of the similar products is covered will be made by ECM only. This contract does not cover air conditioning maintenance. This contract does not cover service, repairs, parts or replacement of any product where failure or malfunction was caused by lack of maintenance such as dirty coils, dirty blower wheels and/or rusted and corroded coils.
